Fraser Kemp MP has announced that he will retire at next GE.
He has represented Houghton and Washington East since 1997.
His decision to stand down means that all 3 current Sunderland MPs will retire at next GE.
And so along with the upcoming Sunderland Central selection, there'll be a search for a new candidate for the new Houghton and Sunderland South seat too
